Join us for an evening of home-cooked food and Blake's Hard Cider, exclusively prepared for ticket-holders only. Each course will be paired with a hard cider or wine hand-chosen by our cider maker.

The Antipasto | The Appetizer

Two antipasto skewers served over a bed of arugula lettuce with shredded mozzarella cheese.

The Primo | The First Course

Homemade minestrone soup served with spaghetti and ramps along with a saffron risotto croquette stuffed with sun dried tomato jam

The Secondo | The Main Course

3 oz. seasoned chicken breast lightly sautéed in butter, topped with button mushrooms and marsala wine sauce

The Contoro | Served with the Secondo

Garlic and parmesan whipped potatoes

The Dolce | The Dessert

Italian lemon cream cake + Moscato berry tiramisu
