First Course:
FIDO Hard Cider paired with Raspberry BellaVitano Arancic balls w/ hop cream sauce.
Second Course:
Estate Hard Cider paired with a mixed berry salad on a bed of Arugula tossed in an Estate infused berry vinaigrette.
Third Course:
Cinnamon Donut Stout paired with a marinated flat iron steak with peppercorn cream sauce.
Fourth Course:
El Chavo Hard Cider served with a parmesean crusted seared scallop on top of an angel hair nest with lobster cream.
Fifth Course:
Caramel Apple Hard Cider served with Caramel Apple Dessert bars. Topped with an apple chip.
