Celebrate Mother's Day Weekend and join us for a 1-hour pilates class taught by an Equilibrium Studio instructor! Your ticket will include a 1-hour pilates class and 1 pint of beer, cider, or mimosa after your workout. Please bring your own mat and we recommend bringing a water bottle and towel if need be.

Based around the 5 basic principles of pilates, this class is a great combination of cardio intervals and mat work, both standing and on the floor. The intervals of cardio include strength and balance exercises that challenging your mind-body connection and keep you safe at the same time. You will constantly be cued to initiate every exercise around your core (which are the muscles in and around your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen) and then working from the deep support muscles to the superficial muscles. The mat portion of class will challenge your body in ways that will aid in flexibility, improving postures and strengthening all at the same time.
